Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Economy, Management, Social Science, Law or Journalistic
• Male/Female, max. 50 years old
• Min. 2-years working experience in relevant field
• Must have good communication and persuasive skill. Able to be “public relation “ for the company and represent Board of Directors.
• Must have knowledge in Capital Market, finance, law and market value
• Having good relationship with Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange
• Having knowledge in Accounting and Tax, able to provide financial statement and company’s annual report for Annual General Shareholders Meeting
• Preferably have good networking with media
• Proficient in English (oral & written) is a must
• Able to work independently and also in team
